Welcome 2025

As I think about my words today, I site here with a heavy heart for those who have been affected by the attack in New Orleans, followed by the Las Vegas attack, and now waking up to another mass shooting at a nightclub in NYC. My thoughts and prayers go out to all.

What a way to start.

The week before Christmas I was feeling so overwhelmed as many do from the holiday shopping, preparation and hype. I decided I needed ta break primarily from social media, but also from just doing things. It was a very busy Christmas week hosting families, then visiting family out of state for a long weekend. New Years Eve and New Years Day were all about putting away Christmas decorations and organizing in preparation for a new year. There was rest involved which I am grateful for, but not nearly enough. I still feel drained, but I told myself that January is the month I will work on myself. I am staying away from social media for a bit longer, I still need that break. I have removed all the holiday treats from my house and getting back to healthy basics. I am looking forward to the 3 Day Water Fast beginning on January 6th. I expect it will be a challenge, but I am ready to take that on. I am back to my online pilates which includes breathing exercises daily. I let this go a few months back, and it will feel great to get back to it. I will also get back to intermittent fasting, and drinking more water...it's time to get rid of the holiday bloat (yes, I indulged in many treats!)

How are you ringing in the new year? Anything new you are trying? Are you keeping things status quo or ramping up? Whatever you choose, I wish you the best for 2025!

Thank you for your ongoing support!!

In good health,

Bobbi
